Own butcher shop
Heinrich Wiegand has been producing traditional North Hessian specialties in our own butcher's shop since 1928. Today the Ahle Worscht & meat specialties are produced by senior boss and master butcher Willi Wiegand with junior boss Manuel Wiegand.
The "Ahle Worscht" in particular is an absolute insider tip and a must for every visitor to North Hesse.
